The Strategeria, LLC provides seller acquisition and follow-up systems for real estate wholesalers, including seller advertising, CRM setup, and a consent-based AI text-messaging agent. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate written client agreement.
SMS Messaging Terms
By checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from The Strategeria, LLC, including appointment confirmations, call reminders, follow-ups about your inquiry, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Bookings & Communications
Booked calls are held by Zoom. Please confirm your booking when asked. Unconfirmed slots may be released. You may reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment schedules, and any guarantee are defined in your written client agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, and the Deal-a-Week Engine name and framework, belongs to The Strategeria, LLC and may not be copied without written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Results vary by market, deal volume, and each client's own execution, including how quickly booked sellers are contacted and how negotiations are handled. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Strategeria, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services.
